Pagi-pagi makan nasi lemak. Jumlah kalori 400
Try test jadi matsalleh, breakfast makan buah buahan je.It means we should go for low calorie(no added SUGAR or SALT) like cereals
Minum segelas air kosong/suam
Segelas air u'all akan saved dalam 97 kalori, so bila minum 8 gelas air, korang akan save 776 kalori sehari.Yeah bebeh
Ramai orang suka minum air yang banyak kalori
Examples Cola, tea ,coffee with milk and sugar, alcohol drink. One of the easiest ways to cut back on calories is simply to drink water as your main drink.(seperti di atas)
Bila tengok tv lepas kerja
Do 10 minutes of exercise, simple exercise like yoga(i mean not include mandrem mandrem) haha
Exercise dalam rumah.??
Turun naik tangga. hahaha
